Written by leaders in transition services for neurodivergent teens and young adults, this turn-key curriculum is designed to help youth with lower-needs challenges with autism, ADHD, learning and mood challenges, learn the skills they need in vocational programs, colleges, and the workplace. The turn-key curriculum is ready to use and requires no special training to lead other than previous knowledge of neurodivergency and its impact on transition. The curriculum has two parts:
- The Instructor's Guide -- contains the 14 core chapters, meant to be held once a week for 90 minute sessions, as well as ice-breakers, discussion points, media links, and chapter review exams.
- The Student Guide -- contains the core 14 chapters, plus worksheets, role-play scenarios, exercises, and chapter review exams. Designed specifically for this population and age group, the curriculum has been used by EvoLibri Consulting for 11 years. This second edition covers changes to the workforce since first publication, such as remote work, reliance on apps for communication, and changes to the cultural norms.
