Working Where Your Heart Is

Are you feeling a little lost?  Amidst the landscape of the global Covid-19 pandemic, a lot of us are feeling more uncertain than ever about our futures, especially when it comes to our careers.

Many of us have had a sample of working from home for the first time and realized simultaneously that there is so much more out there... and that we're horribly unprepared for those next steps.  Technology has developed so that it's possible to work from literally anywhere, at any time.  But are you ready for that?

Author Kristine Hudson (How to Choose the Ultimate Side-Hustle: Making Money and Being Your Own Boss,  How to Live the Dream: Things Every Van Lifer Needs to Know) understands the feelings of uncertainty and under-preparedness that come with leaving the traditional office building behind.  In her most personal book to date, she shares the steps she and her husband Brad took when they left the office behind for personal freedom.  The honest anecdotes and exercises that come from a place of experience, you'll learn more about the "why's, where's, and how's" of working from anywhere you'd like to be.

Though Ms. Hudson is an experienced van lifer, the tips shared in this book are designed for anyone who has dreamed of working remotely.  In Working Where Your Heart Is: Finding Success Outside The Traditional Office, you'll learn:

✓How to gauge your readiness for working from home or the road

✓The steps to setting up your personal workspace

✓Engaging in higher levels of productivity beyond the cubicle walls

✓Maintaining expectations and deadlines from any location you can imagine

✓Balancing work and life from your home office or your 1985 Vanagon
