In "UNBROKEN II: From Alexander the Great and Hellenization to the Hasmoneans, Herod the Great and the Romans in the Holy Land," the author takes the reader on a guided journey of the land between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River that has been fought over more than any other real estate on earth. It covers half a millennium of the history of this territory variously described as "The Holy Land," The Promised Land," Israel, and Palestine.
