About the Author

Sidonie Bouchet is a French Australian spiritual and wholistic practitioner dedicated to guiding and supporting you towards transformation. Through her writings, workshops, presentations, and personalised consultations, she offers insight and inspiration for inner growth.

Sidonie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of European Communication. She has also studied Natural Medicine and Reflexology. After working a decade in editorial publishing, she followed her calling as a spiritual counsellor and workshop facilitator, embarking on her mission.

From 2000 to 2012, Sidonie brought together Lightworkers for ceremonial performances, including at the renowned Woodford Folk Festival in Australia. Her work has been a catalyst for spiritual exploration and collective healing.

Sidonie is the author of Alleluia, the first book in a trilogy that chronicles her personal spiritual journey from darkness into light, offering readers a path to inner awakening.

In 2011, she founded the Soul Sex Facebook page, a space where she shares her thoughts and writings with a large international community, fostering authentic connection, self-empowerment and growth.
