Taking Back Control

Going from a Vibrant 24 year old with my whole life ahead to suddenly my whole world falling apart. Never in my life could i have imagined going through what i did and never thought it could ever happen to me. I hit rock bottom it was the most frightening time of my life. The challenges I had to face and the struggle i had to endure to keep going each day. My mum was there through it all supporting me and giving encouragement to keep going she was my rock.
I suffered from stress to the point of panic attacks, depression, and as my health deteriorated further dealing with trauma caused my mental abuse from a partner draining the life out of me to the point of feeling worthless with no self-confidence to someone i did not recognize in the mirror. Other illnesses followed to the point of a full mental breakdown. I had the fight of my life to get through feeling there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Fortunately, my mum was there through it all supporting me all the way. My heart goes out to those who still suffer from the illnesses i went through and that you are not alone and this can happen to anyone at any point in there life. I dedicate this book to her because if it wasn't for my mum being my rock through it all it doesnt bare thinking what might have happened to me.
