Most of the research for this book comes from the study of science, embryology in particular, and Dr. Jack's own personal experiences attending to several thousand pregnancies and births. During his career as an OB/GYN, Dr. Jack Monaco delivered thousands of babies and was an accomplished laparoscopic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine (A4M). He resides in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife, Lesa, who is also his nurse and partner in healthcare.
