Scratching UPS

No college degree. Six-figure earning potential. Great benefits. But first, you have to make the cut.

Getting hired at UPS is one thing. Surviving your first 30 days as a driver is another.

You're fighting the clock, digging through packages, learning a route, dealing with pickups, and trying to put up the numbers that will determine whether you qualify.

Scratching UPS is an unofficial, driver-to-driver guide written from real experience behind the wheel.

Inside, you'll learn:

• How to get your foot in the door at UPS
• How driver qualification works and why scratching matters
• How to organize your truck so you aren't wasting time hunting for packages
• How small changes in your daily routine can add up
• How to handle pickups, missing packages, and difficult loads
• What to expect from the pay, benefits, and career progression
• Why the job gets easier once you've found your rhythm

No bullshit. Just straightforward advice from someone who's been through it.
