Possibly a Prophecy

Love will ignite before seven by three, shrouded in the darkness of death she will be . . .

Time is running out for Benjamin Evans. According to the prophecy, he has less than six months to find his true love. When he's not working at York's Royal Station Hotel, he's looking for a woman surrounded by death. So when he sees Florence in her widow's weeds, he knows she's the one.

Florence Price is a widow, orphan, and omen of death. That's why she must travel the world alone, never laying down roots or taking a companion other than her sketchbook. To fund her expedition, she must first deal with the artifacts that clutter her late husband's home, including a mysterious trunk.

Before Florence can deliver the trunk to its new witchy keepers, it is stolen from her home. To recover the artifact, she infiltrates a dinner party of York's most elite with help from the persistent and charming Benny. He sees it as an opportunity to win her heart, but Florence knows that loving her could be a grave mistake.

Possibly a Prophecy is the prequel to the series Widows of York. It may be read as a standalone.
