Blurb
From an early age, children are fascinated by defying gravity. Once they start walking, rolling movements catch their interest, and by the time they reach elementary school, they are eager to balance on their hands.
This book serves as a comprehensive guide to the essential floor gymnastics techniques taught in apparatus gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, and sports acrobatics. It includes preparatory exercises that can be performed at home with minimal equipment, making it a perfect supplement to club training or even a substitute for it.
To enhance the training process, the book also describes the most common spotting techniques for each exercise, allowing parents, relatives, and friends to actively participate in the practice sessions.
