It's mid-summer in 2000's Lower East Side, Manhattan in NYC. 17-yr-old Maya just wants to enjoy her day and skate with her crew. But when her Hong-Kong born mother Anna-Mei (Annie) puts the financial woes of running their family's takeout joint onto Maya, their only choice for financial assistance comes from Maya's estranged rich dentist Haitian dad Thierry, who has long ago remarried to a wealthy European woman and is enjoying a new life in the Upper East Side with their beautiful daughter Matilde (Maddie). Thierry propositions Maya with a cushy allowance after tasking her with babysitting Matilde, who's 16 but has proven to be untrustworthy. Seems like a simple plan to Maya and Annie: get paid to enjoy the lap of luxury for a few hours.

But Maddie has other plans... and from The Bowery to Two Bridges, she takes Maya and her best friends fellow skaters Naomi and Jason on the wildest night that both they and YOU will ever experience. There are adventures full of love triangles and polygons, drugs, skateparks, raves, sex cults, and so much more.
