Jorbi Bunny Learns Respect

Jorbi Bunny Learns Respect is another installment in the Jorbi Bunny Learns series, created to help young children understand important character-building concepts through engaging, easy-to-follow stories.

Jorbi Bunny loves exploring with his friends, Greenjacket Bunny and Brownjacket Bunny. One day, their adventure takes them to OldTurtle's beautiful garden, where sparkling shells surround a peaceful pond. OldTurtle asks the young bunnies not to take the shells-but Jorbi follows his friends and brings one home.

When Mama discovers what happened, she gently helps Jorbi understand respect. Through what Jorbi experiences, children can follow the consequences of his choice and discover that respect means listening to others, caring about their feelings, following good rules, and treating other people's belongings with care.

Jorbi returns the shell and learns another important lesson: respect also extends to the natural world. We show respect when we protect plants, animals, and the beautiful places we share.

As Jorbi begins imagining his future, he discovers that respect matters everywhere - from families and schools to neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities.
