Infernopolis

Vinnie Vicatelli is dead.
And it only gets worse from there.

Vinnie Vicatelli, nephew and begrudging accomplice to a vicious crime boss, has just been gunned down in a police raid. Death would be unfortunate enough, but when he inexplicably wakes back up, Vinnie finds himself judged for his sins committed at the behest of his uncle and is condemned to Hell for all eternity. But instead of fire and brimstone, Vinnie finds himself on the outskirts of the vast city of Infernopolis, where many other sinners make their home. A place rife with violence and mob activity.

It isn't long before Vinnie encounters Hacksaw; a charismatic, short-tempered mafia enforcer for a boss known only as the Red Man. Desperate to gain some semblance of security in this new dangerous world, Vinnie agrees to join the Red Man's ranks. Now embroiled in a fierce conflict with one of the city's most dangerous crime lords, Vinnie is forced to adjust to his new life, struggling to do what's necessary to survive and maintain his place in the mob. But soon he discovers that there are far more terrible things than gangsters and crime bosses lurking in Hell.
