Human Capital Retention for Life Insurance Business in Pakistan

The working experience spread for 25 years in business and legal research includes 10 years (1988-97) of experience as an executive in trading, export, textile and insurance industry, and fifteen years (1998-2012) of teaching and research in Business and Law. Rukhsar Ahmed had taught in several management and human resources development programs for business, law, sales and marketing of financial institutions. Beside the academic service, he got an opportunity to serve as General Manager and Project Director for NICL, the largest insurance company, owned by Government of Pakistan, Business Manager for Pakistan in German Company, Allianz EFU Health Insurance Company Limited and Senior Branch Manager with EFU Life Assurance Ltd, the largest private life insurance company of Pakistan. The American Life Insurance Company Ltd honored with nomination as First Country Agency Manager. He honored to received award including Achievement Award of management training program from internationally known management expert Mr. John M. Ellis from American Insurance Group (AIG), New York USA.
