Semiconductor oxide materials have widely been used in various areas including gas sensing applications because of their ease of detection both oxidizing and reducing gases, where the numbers of gaseous species adsorbs or desorb on the surface of material mainly counts electrical conductivity change, thereby gives sensing signal. In recent years, many afford have been attempted to upgrade and miniaturization of oxide nanostructures.
