Die Not Today

This book was written when I was very upset with my job and life in general. I was in such a rage that I started typing the events that occurred at work. After a couple of days, and still very angry, I started typing about traumatic events in my life beginning with my childhood.

By the time I reached high school, I was suffering deep depression from years of loneliness, neglect and abuse. One night, I put a very large bottle of aspirin on my nightstand. I was intending to take all of them, but first I asked God, "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill myself." I eventually fell asleep that night hoping I would get an answer. God answered my question. I think you will enjoy reading what God said to me and the effect it had on my entire life.

I realize there are people who have problems far worse than the ones I mentioned in my book. But, regardless of the specific situations, the concept is the same. All of us share in the feelings of loneliness, neglect, hurt, loss, devastation, betrayal and mind-numbing trauma which requires faith and a strong spirit to see outside of the bubble in which we are living. I hope my book will help put things in perspective.
