Amidst this geopolitical vertigo, a cataclysmic pathogen strikes, shattering the global economy and stripping the mask off "authoritarian regimes." The world dissolves into a mosaic of "fractured alliances" and lawless micro-states.

From the shadows, the biotech titan Monsanto initiates "Project Genesis," a clandestine mandate to re-engineer the human genome. The goal: to breed "Awakened" legionnaires capable of imposing a new, synthetic peace.
