Before this, he was CEO of machine-learning start-up Shentilium Technologies, and co-founder of trading and mentoring firm TrackRecord Asia. Hoe Lon has two decades of financial trading career including stints as CEO of Tudor Capital Singapore and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance at the University of Warwick, England.
