Die vorliegenden Ausführungen werden sich an Mathematiker und Naturwissenschaftler wie auch an Liebhaber der Geometrie. Deshalb sind auch keine besonderen Fachkenntnisse vorausgesetzt. Mehr Menschen, als man gemeinhin glaubt, haben Sehnsucht nach einer Tätigkeit, deren Art die Bürgschaft dafür liefern kann, dass des Menschen eigentliches Wesen Anteil an einer rein geistigen Welt hat. Das selbständige Mathematisieren, hier insbesondere Geometrisieren, kann, genügend energisch durchgeführt und nachher mit allen Erkenntniskräften betrachtet, zu einer solchen Tätigkeit werden. Es werden einige elementarste Sachverhalte entwickelt, die wichtig und besonders geeignet erscheinen, einen weiteren Kreis von Mathematik-Freunden mit diesem Gebiet gründlich und nicht langweilig vertraut zu machen. Die Darlegungen sind mit der überzeugung geschrieben, dass das Denken innerhalb der projektiven Geometrie den Zugang zu Ideen gefunden hat, die für das erkennende Erfassen der Welterscheinungen noch eine wichtige Bedeutung erhalten werden.
