Julio Von Artens, after self-destructing his marriage and career in finance, is left with fourteen days to find a new place to live. Adrift in Buenos Aires, the city of fury, he takes up residence in a strange apartment alongside a tyrannical painter, a man who is only alive when he moves, and a hypnotic woman who draws him into a new way of seeing. But as soon as Julio escapes his old life, the new one explodes into an infinite labyrinth, paralyzing him anew. As the days pass, he discovers the truth of who his roommates really are, and reality begins to dissolve. From Jorge Schneider (author of The Fissure) comes a psychological plunge into bohemian Buenos Aires, a chronicle of inspiration and madness, and a radical outcry of interiority of the individual.
