Hierbei erweist sich, daß Struktur und Handlungsmodell des pädagogischen Verhältnisses triadisch sind; sie sind bestimmt von den drei Polen Erzieher, Educandus und Objektives. Geschieht eine unverhältnismäßige Überbetonung oder auch eine Vernachlässigung eines Poles, so tendiert das pädagogische Verhältnis zu Fehlformen.
