Dahinter verbirgt sich ein anspruchsvolles Beteiligungskonzept, das einen fließenden Übergang zwischen direkter und indirekter Partizipation verspricht und eine Repräsentationsform findet, die die Balance zwischen rechtlicher Freiheit und politischer Verantwortlichkeit neu austariert. Dabei zeigt die Autorin, dass das Gebot innerparteilicher Demokratie den Binnenraum politischer Parteien zu einem demokratischen Laboratorium par excellence macht. Sie plädiert dafür, den Parteien Raum für demokratische Experimente zu lassen.
