Die erarbeiteten Kenntnisse setzt der Autor in einem Basiskonzept für interne Public Relations um.§Das Ziel war einen Beitrag für die Transformation der internen PR von einem rein ökonomisch orientierten Instrumentarium hin zu einer unternehmerisch, organisatorisch und gesellschaftlich bedingten Grundleistung zu leisten.
