Hoffmanns Novelle Der Sandmann beschäftigen. Ich habe mich für dieses Buch entschieden, da ich die Thematik sehr spannend finde und auch schon während der Schulzeit Gelegenheit hatte, mich näher mit der Erzählung auseinanderzusetzen.Im Folgenden werde ich zunächst kurz einige Angaben zum Autor machen und den Inhalt des Buches darstellen, bevor ich dann zum Hauptteil komme, in dem ich eine allgemeine Analyse der Figuren, der Handlung sowie der Sprache des Werkes vornehme und schließlich die unheimlichen Aspekte der Novelle untersuche. Am Ende soll ein Fazit stehen, in dem ich eine abschließende Betrachtung der Ergebnisse vornehme.
