Cause and Effect

Granig Yeastori crashed on earth in the mountains of Eastern Washington. His craft was badly damaged and he was seriously injured. An old woman, a widow living on her own there, found him and took him home to treat his wounds. She used used folk medicine she learned from her Korean mother. Granig gave her the name of Greg Easton to protect his identity as an aien from another world. Her daughter, Eun-Ae, came home from college. They lived in a two room cabin far from populated areas. She was twenty-one years old and a nurse. She helped heal him.Yeastori fell in love with Eun-Ae immediately on meeting her. And she with him. They were married a year later. The following year, Eun-Ae delivered a baby girl, Dan-i. It took Greg nearly another two years to repair most of his craft. He was ordered back to Nunseti as soon as he could get his engines working. He finally abandoned his wife and child to follow his orders. When he returned to Nunseti, it took Granig nearly a year to get back. He had been gone six years! After settling some legal trouble he went back to work with Section 21 as a Nunseti Security agent capturing criminals. He built a reputation before he 'died' in an accident and left Section 21 seven years ago.Granig was visited by another security agent, one outside of Section 21, Dunis Fobaya. Fobaya and his four agent team had orders to track down and arrest two suspects involved in a sabotage attempt and murder of a Wraith guard. He asked for Granig's help. He had agreed to help Fobaya since one of the names of the two they were looking for was also the name of the agent who shot Yeastori. It also gave him a way back to earth.
