Fifteen-year-old Becca Robbins loves to see celebrity lies and dirty secrets revealed. Tonight, she watches a live online show, which promises to prove that three celebs ruined the life of TV star Bob Vanut. It's been a year since Vanut was accused of a horrible crime and #cancelled across the internet. No solid proof of his guilt was ever found, and he was never put on trial. Devastated by worldwide condemnation, Vanut committed suicide.

A masked broadcaster - the Golden Cherub - has kidnapped the three celebrities from the Vanut case. He offers proof of their guilt and shows how each person gained from their lies. A story is presented of greed and vicious cruelty. Millions are watching and commenting. The thrill of this dark narrative is addictive...

Next, the Golden Cherub plans to move from accusation to punishment... from an internet trial to live execution...

Becca wonders whether any of this can be real. Is it a macabre joke, a twisted hoax..?

As the night progresses, two dramas unfold: a mystery from the past, being pieced together like a puzzle... and the nightmare of the present, growing ever more menacing and terrifying...
